Excellent stay, beautiful rooms.

Situated in a historic area, the elegance of the hotel is undeniable, complimented by a warm and outstanding staff. The rooftop bar is a must-see, offering breathtaking views, and dining options were enjoyable, particularly traditional local cakes. However, navigating the steep surroundings can be challenging, and access to basic amenities like bottled water could be improved.

We had a corner room with awesome views and super comfy beds. The decor felt a bit old-fashioned, but it added to the charm. The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom was nice too. Just wish the carpet and upholstery weren’t so worn out. Overall, a pleasant spot to crash after a busy day.

Great stay with friends! We explored the nearby cable car museum and Grace Cathedral, both within walking distance. Room was comfy with awesome city views. Breakfast at Nob Hill Club was decent, but keep in mind it caters limited dietary options. The Top of the Mark bar is a must-visit for its live music and stunning views!

One downside was breakfast not accommodating gluten-free needs. They didn't have gluten-free bread available, which was disappointing.
